A little progress

I only got a few hours of hacking in this weekend but managed to get the a simple django project setup and get all my models working along with the django admin functionality.

Next up, getting the first views setup and adding more tests.

I'm hoping to have something I can push to Penzilla by next weekend so I can start getting feedback.

New Django Project

I'm spending a lot of time thinking about a  new site of magic the gathering resources.  Most of the ideas involve organization of cards and statistics to help with deck building because those are the things I'm currently struggling with.

Part of the motivation here was getting my ass handed to me at the local Zendikar pre-release.  So of course I'm turning to code to help improve my skillz.  :-)

Anyway, I'm currently thinking of names and trying writing basic statistics code.

Adsense fail

Back in february my adsense account was disabled. Now that I'm once again looking into doing some coding for fun and setting up a new website project I'm finally trying to appeal and see if I can get them to reactivate my account.

I'm pretty confident that the reason the account was deactivated was because I moved the site from ServInt to GeekStorage.



Anyway, fingers crossed!
